摘要
绿激光前列腺汽化术已经被指南推荐为经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的替代方案,尤其是对于那些在服用抗凝药或有出血风险的BPH患者。而绿激光能否应用到经尿道腔内前列腺剜除术中仍存在争议。本手术将绿激光与“解剖性前列腺剜除术”系列技术结合运用(引用)。本文就该术式的手术步骤(参考手术视频及图片)及经验进行介绍。
Greenlight photoselective vaporization of the prostate has been recommended as the alternative of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP),especially for those with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)who are taking anticoagulants or who are at risk of bleeding.However,greenlight endoscopic enucleation of the prostate is still controversial.The study aims to introduce the anatomical endoscopic enucleation of the prostate(AEEP)using greenlight(shown as the video and figures)and reports our initial experiences.
