基于OBE理念的食品工程类专业“工程制图”教学体系改革探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 “工程制图”是食品工程类专业的必修基础课程。通过成果导向(OBE)理念与食品工程类专业的“工程制图”课程教学体系相互融合,完成教学目标、内容、方法及考核方式等多方面的课程体系建设,实现对课程改革与实践的持续改进。教学实践表明,基于OBE理念的食品工程类专业“工程制图”课程教学体系改革,培养食品工程类专业学生的创新思维、工程素养及实践能力,可有效提高学生学习主动与积极性,对于“新工科”背景下创新型工程人才的培养具有重要的推动作用。 Engineering Drawing is a mandatory basic course for food engineering majors.In this paper,through the integration of Outcomes-based Education(OBE)concept and the teaching system of Engineering Drawing course,the construction of the course system in terms of teaching objectives,contents,methods and assessment methods is completed to realize the con-tinuous improvement of the course reform and practice.The teaching practice showed that the reform of the teaching system of Engineering Drawing based on OBE concept can cultivate students'innovative thinking,engineering literacy and practical ability,which can effectively improve students'learning initiative and enthusiasm and play an important role in the cultivation of innovative engineering talents under the background of new engineering.
