The basic idea of engineering education certification is to train talents to meet the needs of industry and society.Practice occupies a pivotal position in food science and engineering specialty course system.This paper aimed to carry out the research on the practical teaching system of talent training according to the demand of the food industry,build high quality teaching resources,strengthen enterprise cooperation,create practice platform,innovative practice teaching mode,optimize the educational environment,reform the way of assessment and evaluation,so as to improve students'practice and innovation ability and train high quality engineering and technical talents for the society.
