成人孟氏骨折术后20年骨折不愈合一例 被引量:1

摘要 病人,男性,49岁。左侧孟氏骨折术后20年骨折不愈合于2021年1月入院。病人于20年前不慎摔伤左肘部,伤后即行手术治疗(具体术式不详),术后无特殊不适,恢复出院。未感左肘部特殊不适。近半个月来左肘部皮下异物突出并压痛,左肘关节屈伸活动正常,行左肘部X线片检查(图1):左陈旧性孟氏骨折术后,左尺骨骨不连,左桡骨小头脱位并内固定物脱出,未行特殊诊治。
