摘要
梳理了杀虫剂氯虫苯甲酰胺的核心专利及外围专利,包括化合物、组合物、制备方法以及应用等方面的专利,并分析了氯虫苯甲酰胺的专利布局和策略,为国内原药研发企业研发高效低毒、环境友好的杀虫剂并进行专利布局提供一定的参考。
This paper reviews the core patents and peripheral patents of the pesticide chlorantraniliprole,including those regarding the compound,composition,preparation and application,and analyzes the patent layout strategy of chlorantraniliprole to provide reference for domestic research and development enterprises producing pesticide technical materials.
