摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:水=95:5为流动相,使用C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在264nm波长下对试样中的胆钙化醇进行分离和定量分析。结果表明胆钙化醇的线性相关系数为0.9998;标准偏差为0.000748;变异系数为0.99%;平均回收率为101.04%。
The separation and quantitative analysis of Cholecalciferol RB were carried out by reverse phase HPLC,using methanol/water=95/5(V/V)as mobile phase,C_(18) column and DAD detector at 264nm wavelength.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9998,the standard deviation of 0.000748,the coefficient of variation of 0.99% and the average recovery of 101.04% was obtained.
