摘要
为了评价烯腺嘌呤·羟烯腺嘌呤对葡萄、柑橘生长发育和产量性状的影响,开展田间药效试验及生化检测。0.001%烯腺嘌呤·羟烯腺嘌呤水剂调节葡萄果纵径增长率4.1%~11.6%,果横径增长率4.3%~9.4%,粒重增产率13.1%~35.6%,穗重增产率14.9%~28.1%;可溶性固形物最高增加1.2%,糖含量平均增加0.8%,可滴定酸降低0.2%~0.3%,Vc增加1.1~2.0mg/100g。柑橘座果率调节率237.9%~300.0%,单果增重率3.4%~5.5%,增产率11.5%~17.2%;糖含量增加3.6%~3.9%,Vc增加2.3~3.5mg/100g。烯腺嘌呤·羟烯腺嘌呤可提高葡萄、柑橘生理功能的表达强度,增加产量,改善可溶性固形物、糖、可滴定酸、Vc等品质。
To measure the influence of Oxyenadenine·Enadenine on the physiological biochemical traits,yield and quality of grape and orange,the field efficacy and biochemical trials was carried out.The results showed that,for grape,the increase of 4.1%~11.6% in fruit longitudinal diameter,4.3%~9.4% in fruit cross diameter,13.1%~35.6% in grain weight yield,14.9%~28.1% in spike weight,1.2% in soluble solids,0.8% in average sugar content,1.1~2.0mg/100g in VC content,and the reduction of 0.2%~0.3% in titratable acid was obtained;and that,for citrus fruit,the increase of 237.9%~300.0% in regulation rate of citrus fruit setting,3.4%~5.5% in single fruit weight,11.5%~17.2% in yield and 3.6%~3.9% in sugar content and 2.3~3.5mg/100g in VC content was obtained,after the treatment of 0.001%Oxyenadenine·Enadenine SL.It can be concluded that Oxyenadenine·Enadenine was able to improve the expression intensity of the biochemical function of grape and orange while increasing both the yield and quality including the content of soluble solids,sugar,titratable acid and Vc.
