摘要
通过对某汽车天窗加强环的冲压工艺进行分析,提出模具结构的优化方案,使天窗加强环冲压工序数由原来的5道减少为4道。实践证明,该优化方案可行,降低了模具制造及使用成本,提高了生产效率,且零件的成形质量达到预期要求。
Based on the analysis of stamping process of a car skylight strengthening ring,an optimization scheme of die structure was put forward,which reduced the stamping process number from 5 to 4.The production practice proved that the optimization scheme was feasible,and the forming quality of parts met the expected requirements.
