扭力梁弹簧托盘多向侧切修边工艺及模具设计

摘要 对汽车扭力梁弹簧托盘进行工艺分析,对比不同切边方法对零件成形的适应性,确定了合理的修边工艺,并阐述了多向侧切修边模的结构特征。经生产验证,修边工艺合理,降低了传统工艺中多重定位误差过大及多处关联空间尺寸难以控制的风险,提高了生产效率,保证零件修边质量的同时延长了模具使用寿命,降低了生产成本。 Based on the process analysis of the automotive torsion beam spring tray,the adaptability of different trimming methods to parts forming was compared,the reasonable trimming process was determined,and the structural characteristics of multi-lateral trimming die were expounded.After production verification,the trimming process was reasonable,which reduced the risk of large error because of the multiple positioning and the difficulty to control the multiple associated space size in the traditional process.It ensured the quality of trimming parts and prolonged the service life of the die.
