摘要
分析了密集小孔多工位成形工艺,介绍了密集小孔冲压工艺难点及模具零件加工工艺优缺点,确定密集小孔凸模结构和加工精度工艺要求,优化模具凸模、凹模、凹模护套、凹模板、凸模固定座等零件的加工工艺。生产实践证明:模具结构稳定可靠,能保证零件成形质量,为此类零件的模具设计提供参考。
The forming process of dense holes was analyzed,and the difficulties of stamping process for dense holes and the advantages and disadvantages of die part processing process were introduced.The structure and processing precision requirements of dense hole punch were determined,and the machining processing of punch,concave die,concave die sleeve,concave die plate,punch fixing seat,and other parts were optimized.The production practice proved that the die structure was stable and reliable,which could guarantee the forming quality of the product and provide a reference for the die design of similar parts.
