摘要
针对某车型尾灯灯壳注射模设计,采用镶件结构、斜顶脱模机构及型芯托板斜抽脱模机构实现尾灯灯壳关键特征的成型及脱模。实践证明,该尾灯灯壳注射模结构稳定可靠,塑件成型质量满足设计要求。
According to the design of the injection mould for a car taillight lamp shell,the insert structure,the inclined ejector demoulding mechanism,and the inclined demoulding mechanism with core plate were adopted to mould and demould the key features of the taillight lamp shell.It had been proved by practice that the injection mould structure was stable and reliable,and the moulding quality of produced plastic parts met the design requirements.
