摘要
通过对推动块组件翻铆工艺进行分析,根据工艺特点设计翻铆夹具,同时阐述了夹具结构、设计要点以及制造过程的注意事项。经实际批量生产验证,推动块组件翻铆后达到技术要求,表明翻铆夹具设计合理,可推广用于接触器所有推动块组件的翻铆工艺。
Through analyzing the riveting process of the ejection block component,the riveting fixture was designed according to the process characteristics,and the fixture structure,the design points and the matters for attention in the manufacturing process were described.The actual mass production proved that the ejection block component after riveting met the technical requirements,which indicating the design of riveting fixture was reasonable,and it could be popularized for riveting process of all the ejection block components of contactor.
