摘要
工程建设过程中,经常伴随着浅层流塑状淤泥地基处理问题,导致工程成本升高、建设工期增加。为完善现有淤泥地基处理方法存在的不足,本文依托石龙铁路集装箱办理站工程项目,针对性提出淤泥地基原位固化处理方案;开展室内及现场固化剂配比试验,并基于单因子试验和响应面优化方法进行配比优化;通过淤泥固化土动力响应试验,进一步验证方案实施可行性;将淤泥原位固化技术运用于工程实践并取得良好应用效果,可为后续同类工程提供技术支持。
In the process of engineering construction,the treatment of shallow fluid-plastic silt foundation is often accompanied by the problem,which leads to the increase of engineering cost and construction period.In order to improve the shortcomings of the existing treatment methods for silt foundation,this paper,relying on the Shilong railway container handling station project,proposed the in-situ curing treatment scheme for silt foundation,carried out indoor and field tests on the selection of curing agent,and optimized the proportion based on single factor test and response surface optimization method.Then through the dynamic response test of silt solidified soil,the feasibility of the scheme was further verified.Finally,it had been applied in engineering practice and achieved good results,which can provide technical support for similar projects in the future.
