地铁区间侧向平台无轨道施工关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据地铁区间侧向平台常规施工方法及所存在问题,结合轨道专业相关技术参数及实际工程特点,探讨地铁区间侧向平台无轨道测量方法及相关计算手段,研究地铁区间侧向平台无轨道施工关键技术。对侧向平台钢梁所对应线路中心桩点位坐标进行精确计算、定测及放样,并结合轨面高程、基准点测量及计算结果,完成侧向平台钢梁及平台板相关计算参数定测;建立数学计算模型,推导出相关计算及验证公式,确定侧向平台钢梁及平台板各类规格、型号及安装技术参数,以实现与轨道专业同时完工,使侧向平台施工精度大幅提高,并极大缩短了工期。 Based on the conventional construction methods and problems of the lateral platform in metro intervals,combined with the relevant technical parameters of the track profession and the actual engineering characteristics,the research focused on the measurement methods and relevant calculation means of the lateral platform without track in metro intervals,and proposed the key technology of the trackless construction of lateral platform in metro intervals.Through the accurate calculation of the coordinates of the line center pile point position corresponding to the lateral platform steel beam,the fixed measurement and the release sample,the fixed measurement of the relevant calculation parameters of the lateral platform steel beams and platform plates was completed in combination with the measurement and calculation results of the track elevation and datum points.Then,it established the mathematical calculation model,derived the relevant calculation and verification formula,and determined the various specifications,models and installation technical parameters of the lateral platform steel beams and platform plates,so as to realize the simultaneous completion with the track profession,and greatly improve the construction accuracy of the lateral platform and shorten the construction period.
