大直径盾构管片造价分析研究

Analysis and Research on the Cost of Shield Segments with Large Diameter

随着经济高速发展和城市人口日益增长,地下空间开发与利用呈规模化发展态势,大直径盾构隧道越来越多。盾构管片作为盾构隧道造价主要组成部分,管片定额较市场价高10%~25%,不能反映社会平均水平。为使定额能真实反映社会平均水平,基于技术测定法对管片预制进行实测研究,得出生产单方管片混凝土消耗量,并将测定价与现有定额价、市场价进行对比分析。结果表明:管片测定价与市场价差距基本在5%以内,满足了概算精度要求,建议对市政及铁路行业规范进行修编,使其能客观反映社会平均水平,以指导工程实践。

With the rapid developing of economy and the increasing of urban population,the development and utilization of underground space shows a large-scale development trend,there are more and more large-diameter shield tunnels.Shield segment is the main component of shield tunnel construction cost,and the quota price of the segments is 10% to 25% higher than the market price,which cannot reflect the social average level.In order to make the quota truly reflect the social average level,the segment prefabrication was measured using technical measurement methods to obtain the consumption of concrete for the production of single cubic meters segments,and the measured price was compared with the existing quota price and market price.It can be obtained that the difference between the measured price and the market price is less than 5%,which meets the requirements of the estimated accuracy.It is recommended to revise the regulations of the municipal and railway industries to objectively reflect the average level of the society and to guide engineering practice.
