摘要
红层软弱破碎围岩强度低、胶结性差,隧道开挖引起结构失稳和破坏问题突出,施工风险高、难度大。本文以大瑞铁路杉阳隧道为工程依托,介绍滇西红层软弱破碎围岩地质隧道典型工程地质特点,研究分析其对施工造成的多种不利影响;通过优化隧道断面、调整平导台阶参数、优化工装设备和调整支护参数等一系列技术措施的研究应用,探索出一套适用于软弱破碎地质围岩隧道安全可靠的施工开挖技术,对提高此类不良地质隧道施工安全质量、加快施工进度提供了较好案例。
The weak and broken rock in red layer has low strength and poor cementation,and the instability and destruction of the structure caused by tunnel excavation are prominent,and the construction risk is high and the difficulty is great.Based on Shanyang Tunnel of Dali-Ruili Railway,the typical engineering geological characteristics of soft broken rock tunnel in red layer of western Yunnan are introduced,and its adverse effects on construction are studied and analyzed;through the research and application of a series of technical measures,such as optimizing tunnel section,adjusting parameters of horizontal guide steps,optimizing tooling equipment and adjusting supporting parameters,a set of safe and reliable construction and excavation technology suitable for weak and broken geological tunnel is explored,which provides a good case for improving the safety quality and progress of such bad geological tunnel construction.
