为改变千篇一律的房地产范式住宅现状,MAD与高目以各自的研究与实践进行了多样性的探索。分析百湾家园与龙南佳苑这两个社会住宅项目的创作理念、设计特点、使用情况,并借此讨论建筑规范对创作的影响以及建筑师在社会住宅项目中的角色。

In order to change the status quo of the repetitive real estate paradigm housing, MAD and GOM have both pioneered diversified explorations with their research and practice. This paper analyzes the design concept, features, and usage of two social housing projects, i.e. Baiwan Residences and Longnan Jiayuan, and uses the two examples to examine the influence of building codes on creation and the role of architects in social housing projects.
