锂电池极片卷料与涂布机的高精度对接技术 被引量:2

High Precision Docking Technology between Pole Piece Coiling of Lithium Battery and Coating Machine

摘要 锂电池极片原材料(铜箔、铝箔卷料)的安全转运及其与涂布机的对接,是锂电池生产制造的一大难点。提出将自动导引车(AGV)应用于铜箔、铝箔卷料与涂布机高精度对接的技术方案。方案采用先对接、再调整的思路:首先,提出上卷料与下卷料对接流程;然后,设计与对接流程相对应的AGV七轴调整机构,形成整体平移Y轴、X轴(对称2处)、Z轴(对称2处)、两侧平移Y轴(对称2处)的最佳受力方案;最后,优选AGV全方位轮系结构布局,安装光通信模块,与机台设备上的光通信模块进行对射通信,进一步保障对接位置的准确、到位。该技术解决了AGV自身导航精度不够的问题,不用引入第三方定位设备,对接成功率可达100%,对接精度控制在2 mm以内。 The safe transportation of raw materials(coiling of copper foil/aluminum foil)of lithium battery and its docking with coating machine is a major difficulty in the manufacture of lithium battery.A technological scheme of applying Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)into the high precision docking between coiling of copper foil/aluminum foil and coating machine was put forward.The scheme adopted the idea of first docking and then adjusting:firstly,the docking process of the upper coil and the lower coil was put forward;then,the seven-axis adjusting mechanism of AGV corresponding to the docking process was designed,to form the best stress scheme of Y axis on overall translation,X axis(symmetrical 2 places),Z axis(symmetrical 2 places)and Y axis on both sides(symmetrical 2 places);finally,the AGV omni-directional gear train structural layout was optimized,and the optical communication module was installed to communicate with the optical communication module on the machine equipment,so as to further ensure that the docking position was accurate and in place.This technology solves the problem that the AGV’s navigation accuracy is not enough.Without introducing third-party positioning equipment,the docking success rate can reach 100%and the docking accuracy can be controlled within 2 mm.
