摘要
针对当前连续检波对数视频放大器(SDLVA)难以在30 GHz以上频段进行连续检波的局限,提出基于HSCH-9162检波二极管的检波电路设计方案:为解决检波二极管在低温下导通电压增大导致灵敏度降低的问题,对偏置电路的设计进行改进;为解决检波二极管动态范围过小的问题,采用双平衡Lange桥提高检波功率上限。产品设计和测试表明,该检波电路可在-55~+75℃宽温度范围内实现-76 dBm的切线灵敏度和35 dB的大动态检波输出。方案简单易行、成本低廉,在毫米波检波中具有应用优势。
In view of the limitation that the Successive Detection Logarithmic Video Amplifier(SDLVA)is difficult to realize continuous detection in the frequency band above 30 GHz,a detection circuit design scheme based on HSCH-9162 detection diode was proposed.To solve the problem that the sensitivity of the detection diode might decrease due to the increase of conduction voltage at the low temperature,the design of bias circuit was improved;to solve the problem of too small dynamic range of the detector diode,the double balanced Lange bridge was used to increase the upper limit of detector power.The product design and test show that the detection circuit can achieve a tangent sensitivity of-76 dBm and a large dynamic detection output of 35 dB in a wide temperature range of-55~+75℃.The scheme is simple and low in cost,and has application advantages in millimeter wave detection.
