基于2020年微信网络调查分析电子报纸中膳食营养报道对天津居民合理膳食的影响

Influence of dietary nutritionalcoverage in electronic newspapers on reasonable diet among residents in Tianjinbased on WeChat Network Platform Survey in 2020

摘要 目的通过微信平台了解天津居民膳食营养知识知晓情况及电子报纸(或报纸)对合理膳食观念、行为的影响。方法2020年通过天津市市、区两级疾病预防控制机构利用微信公众号问卷在全市16个区进行调查,共调查天津市常住居民33970名。结果被调查居民中从电子报纸(或报纸)获取膳食营养知识比例为33.9%,膳食营养知识来源为“电子报纸(或报纸)”的居民膳食营养知识合格率为56.1%,高于“其他类”居民的46.9%;膳食营养知识来源为“电子报纸(或报纸)”居民对“电子报纸等报纸类膳食营养内容权威性、真实性认可情况”中“非常认可或比较认可”比例达84.5%,对“电子报纸(或报纸)膳食营养内容对合理膳食观念形成的影响”中“有很大影响或有一定的影响”比例达93.1%,对“电子报纸(或报纸)膳食营养内容对合理膳食行为改变的影响”中“付诸了行动或有时候会付诸行动”比例达96.9%,均高于“其他类”居民;以膳食营养知识是否合格为因变量,发现膳食营养知识来源为“电子报纸(或报纸)”为有利因素。结论天津市居民膳食营养知识总体合格率不高,须增加营养宣教;电子报纸(或报纸)中膳食营养知识权威且准确性高,对天津居民膳食营养知识合格率,以及在合理膳食观念和行为上的影响较强。 Objective To understand the residents′awareness of dietary nutrition knowledge and the influence of electronic newspapers(or newspapers)on residents′reasonable dietary concepts and behaviorsin TianjingCity.Methods In 2020,a survey was conducted in 16 districts of Tianjin through the official WeChat account questionnaire by CDC,a total of 33970 permanent residentswere enrolled.Results 33.9%of the surveyed residents obtained dietary and nutrition knowledge from electronic newspapers(or newspapers),and the dietary nutrition knowledge pass rate of residents whose dietary nutrition knowledge came from"electronic newspapers(or newspapers)"was 56.1%,which was higher than 46.9%of"other"residents.The proportion of"very recognized or relatively recognized"in"the recognition of the authority and authenticity of the dietary nutrition content of newspapers"of residents whose dietary nutrition knowledge came from electronic newspapers(or newspapers)was 84.5%,the proportion of"have a great influence or a certain influence"in"the influence of dietary nutrition content in newspapers on the formation of reasonable dietary concept"of residents whose dietary nutrition knowledge came from electronic newspapers(or newspapers)was 93.1%,and the proportion of"I put into action or sometimes I put into action"in"the influence of dietary nutrition content of newspapers on the change of reasonable dietary behavior"of residents whose dietary nutrition knowledge came from electronic newspapers(or newspapers)was 96.9%,which were allhigher than that of"others".Taking the pass rate of dietary nutrition knowledge as the dependent variable,it was found that the source of dietary nutrition knowledge was"electronic newspaper(or newspapers)"as a favorable factor.Conclusion The overall pass rate of dietary nutrition knowledge of residents in Tianjinis not high,so it is necessary to increase nutritional education.The coverage of dietary and nutrition in electronic newspapers(or newspapers)is authoritative and accurate,which has strong influence on the pass rate of dietary nutrition knowledge,concept and behavior of reasonable diet of Tianjin residents.
