摘要
目的 采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)结合多级模糊综合评价法对基层卫生服务中健康素养环境评价的适用性进行分析。方法 9个基层卫生服务机构来自四川省天府新区、蓬安县、冕宁县。应用AHP确定健康素养环境评价指标权重,使用多级模糊综合评价法对基层卫生服务中健康素养环境的现状进行综合评价,比较评价结果与实际情况的一致性。结果 天府新区和蓬安县基层卫生服务中健康素养环境评价等级均为优秀,得分分别为8.658、8.501;冕宁县评价等级为一般,得分为7.657。医疗环境评价中,天府新区为8.711分,蓬安县为8.465分,冕宁县为8.176分;医务人员健康教育能力得分从高到低依次为天府新区、蓬安县、冕宁县,得分分别为8.618分、8.512分、7.355分。结论 3个地区的基层卫生服务中健康素养环境建设存在一定差距,与实际情况相符,AHP-多级模糊综合评价法可用于基层卫生服务中健康素养环境的持续追踪评价。
Objective Analyze the applicability of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)combined with multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to health literacy environmental evaluation in primary health services. Methods The nine primary health service institutions are located in Tianfu New District, Pengan County and Mianning County in Sichuan Province. AHP was used to determine the weight of health literacy environment evaluation index, and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the current situation of health literacy environment in primary health services, and the consistency between the evaluation results and the actual situation was compared. Results Tianfu New District and Pengan County were both excellent in the evaluation of health literacy environment, with scores of 8.658 and 8.501,respectively. Mianning County was rated as average with a score of 7.657. In the environmental assessment of medical institutions, tianfu New District scored 8.711 points, Pengan County 8.465 points, mianning County 8.176 points. The scores of health education ability of medical staff from high to low were Tianfu New District, Pengan County and Mianning County, with 8.618,8.512 and 7.355 points respectively. Conclusion There was a certain gap in the construction of health literacy environment in the three areas, which is consistent with the actual situation. The AHP-multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be used to continuously track and evaluate the health literacy environment in the primary health services.
