本文对手术患者压力性损伤的高危因素和国内外常用的手术患者压力性损伤评估量表进行综述,分析压力性损伤的高危因素和评估量表的应用效果,为手术室护理人员选择合适的压力性损伤评估量表为具有压力性损伤高危因素的患者采取针对性的预防措施提供参考依据。

In this paper,the risk factors of surgical patients with stress damage and stress damage assessment scale after surgery patients commonly used at home and abroad were reviewed,analyzed stress injury risk factors and the application of assessment scale effect,to the operating room nursing staff to choose the appropriate pressure resistance damage assessment scale for pressure injury risk factors of patients with corresponding preventive measures are taken to provide the reference basis.
