摘要
为深入分析土壤呼吸有关领域的研究状况,采用文献计量学的研究方法,通过高级搜索方式,以20112020年的CNKI数据库所收录的北大核心刊物文献为主要研究对象,从年度发文量、作者发文量、主要机构发文量、主要期刊发文量、高频关键词、高被引文献等角度进行了分析。结果显示:检索到有关土壤呼吸的核心文献有1578篇,总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,年均发文量为158篇;第一作者累计1288人,发文量排名前3的作者分别为张赛(8篇)、陈书涛(7篇)、严俊霞(7篇);发文量居前3的机构为西北农林科技大学(184篇)、中国科学院大学(169篇)和北京林业大学(76篇);发文量最多的期刊是生态学报(156篇),接近总发文量的十分之一;土壤温度、土壤湿度与土壤呼吸关系密切,土壤微生物、碳氮和酶也是土壤呼吸领域的主要研究内容;被引频次最高的文献主要关注了长期施肥对土壤呼吸的影响,被引排名前5篇文献均来自《生态学报》,另有3篇论文来自《农业工程学报》。以上结果可为土壤呼吸的进一步研究提供参考依据。
In order to deeply analyze the research situation of soil respiration literature,the study adopts the bibliometrics method,takes core journals appraised by Peking University in CNKI database from 2011 to 2020 as the research objects through advanced search method,and analyzes them from the number of annual published papers,the number of author’s published papers,the number of published papers of main institutions and published papers from main journals,high frequency key words,and highly cited literature,etc.The results show that there are 1578 core papers about soil respiration,with a general trend of increase first and then decrease,and the number of annual published papers is 158.The number of the first authors reaches 1288,and the top three authors of the number of published papers are Zhang Sai(8 papers),Chen Shutao(7 papers)and Yan Junxia(7 papers).The top three institutions of the number of published papers are Northwest A&F University(184 papers),University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(169 papers)and Beijing Forestry University(76 papers).The journal,which published the most papers,is“Acta Ecologica Sinica”(156 papers),and the number of papers accounts for nearly 1/10.There is close relationship among soil temperature,moisture and respiration.Soil microbe,carbon,nitrogen and enzyme are also the main research contents of soil respiration.The literature with the most citation frequency mainly focus on the influence of long-term fertilization on soil respiration.Top 5 cited papers come from“Acta Ecologica Sinica”,and other 3 papers come from“Transaction of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering”.The results above can provide reference for further research on soil respiration.
