高就业压力下公益创业与高校创新创业教育融合发展研究

Study on the Integrated Development of Social Entrepreneurship,and College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Under the High Employment Pressure

对高就业压力下公益创业与高校创新创业教育的融合发展进行讨论。要完善公益创业教育课程体系,创建公益创业教育师资队伍,完善公益创业教育组织和制度,实现课程教育与实践教育相统一、创新创业教育训练与社会责任意识培养相统一、学生自学与教师指导相统一、长期目标与短期目标相统一、社会资源与高校课程资源相统一。在公益创业与创新创业教育融合的过程中,大学生能够零距离感知社会,了解社会的真实情况,有利于转变大学生创新创业的理念。

The study discusses the integrated development of social entrepreneurship,college innovation and entrepreneurship education under the high employment pressure.It is suggested to perfect public benefit entrepreneurship education curriculum system;establish public benefit entrepreneurship teaching staff team;perfect public benefit entrepreneurship education organization and system;and achieve the unification of curriculum education and practice education,innovation and entrepreneurship education training and social responsibility consciousness training,student’s self learning and teacher’s guidance,long-term objective and short-term objective,and social resources and college curriculum resources.In the process of the integration of public benefit entrepreneurship,and innovation and entrepreneurship education,college students can perceive the society closely,and know the actual situation of the society.It is beneficial for college students to change innovation and entrepreneurship concept.
