“00后”大学生主观幸福感影响因素及提升策略 被引量:2

Influencing Factors of the Subjective Well-being of College Students of Post-2000s Generation and the Improvement Strategies

摘要 “00后”大学生的主观幸福感受到主客观两方面因素的影响,客观因素主要包括家庭因素、学校因素、社会因素和生活事件因素;主观因素主要包括人格特质、情绪智力、应对方式、归因倾向。提升“00后”大学生主观幸福感要结合主客观两方面综合考虑:高校要从客观角度加强理想信念教育和价值观引导、引导学生树立科学正确的幸福观、营造幸福美好的学习生活氛围、注重家校幸福观教育的融合;大学生要从主观角度锻造积极向上的心理品质、构建良好的社会支持系统、积极采用有效的方式应对困境挫折、正确合理运用归因理论进行归因。 The subjective well-being of college students of Post-2000s generation is influenced by subjective and objective factors.Objective factors mainly include family,school,society and life events factors.Subjective factors mainly include personality trait,emotion and intelligence,coping style and attribution preference.The improvement of the subjective well-being of college students of Post-2000s generation should be comprehensively considered from subjective and objective aspects.Colleges should promote ideal and belief education,and value guidance;guide students to establish scientific and correct well-being;create happy and beautiful school life atmosphere;and integrate family and school happiness education from objective perspective.College students should forge positive psychological traits,construct good social support system,actively adopt effective method to cope with dilemma and frustration,and correctly and rationally apply attribution theory to attribute from subjective perspective.
