职业技能大赛在电子商务专业人才培养中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Vocational Skill Competition in Talent Training of E-commerce Major

为加强电子商务专业人才队伍建设,论述了职业技能大赛的意义,阐明了电子商务职业技能大赛发展现状及人才培养面临的机遇与挑战,提出了职业技能大赛在电子商务专业人才培养中的实施路径:推动课程体系的更新,推进教学方式的改革,促进教师专业能力的提升,提高学生的团队合作意识,推进实训基地建设,构建职业技能大赛实践平台,结合市场需要展开技能大赛,树立科学的人才培养理念。分析了职业技能大赛对电子商务人才培养的作用:扩大电子商务职业技能大赛覆盖面,做好技能竞赛和课程考核的衔接,注重技能大赛对学生学习成果的检验作用。职业技能大赛对于推动电子商务专业人才的培养具有促进作用,弥补传统课堂教学存在的不足,加强教师队伍建设,提升学生的专业技能和实操技能,提高其就业竞争力,更好地满足实际岗位需求。

In order to strengthen the talent team construction of e-commerce major,the study discusses the significance of vocational skill competition,expounds the present situation of e-commerce vocational skill competition development,and the opportunities and challenges of talent training;and proposes implement pathway of vocational skill competition in e-commerce talent training,i.e.to promote the innovation of curriculum system and the reform of teaching method,promote teaching professional ability,improve student’s team cooperation consciousness,promote training base,construct vocational skill competition practice platform,develop skill competition through combining with the market demand,and establish scientific talent training concept.Then the study analyzes the function of vocational skill competition in e-commerce talent training,i.e.to enlarge the coverage of e-commerce vocational skill competition,connect skill competition and curriculum examination,and focus on the examination role of skill competition on student’s learning achievements.Vocational skill competition has the promotion function of the talent training of e-commerce major,supplement the disadvantages of traditional curriculum teaching,strengthen teaching staff construction,improve student’s professional and practical skill,improve employment competition,and better satisfy the practical post demands.
