摘要 基于教学调查问卷,对行政助理与秘书实务混合式翻转教学进行讨论。本次问卷调查的对象为私立华联学院2019级三年制工商管理专业三个班的学生。本次调查一共发出88份问卷,收回有效问卷88份,回收率为100%。分析了混合式翻转课堂教学成果亮点和其中存在的问题,提出了合理建议:补充教学资源,进行视频教学,及时答疑解惑,进行小组合作学习,开展实践实训教学,明确作业任务与目的,进行多元化教学考核。在以实践技能培养为导向的新形势高职教育背景下,混合式翻转教学得到了大多数学生的认可,能有效提升学生学习效率,取得了较好的教学成效。 Based on teaching investigation questionnaire,the study discusses the blended flipped teaching of administrative assistant and secretary practice.Students of three classes of triennium business administration major of 2019 grade in Private Hualian College are selected as the research objects in the questionnaire investigation.88 questionnaires are issued,88 questionnaires are valid,and the recovery rate is 100%.The study analyzes the achievements of blended flipped classroom teaching and the problems.Rational suggestions are proposed,i.e.to supplement teaching resources,teach by video,answer questions in time,learn by group cooperation,develop practice teaching,clarify homework task and target,and carry out diversified teaching examination.Under the background of new higher vocational education oriented by practice skill training,blended flipped teaching is accepted by most students.It can effectively promote student’s learning efficiency,and good teaching effect is achieved.
