间歇曝气SBBR处理苯胺废水及脱氮的工艺优化研究

摘要 在使用生物法处理苯胺废水过程中,为了突破苯胺废水处理的脱氮瓶颈,采用SBBR法并辅以间歇曝气模式处理高浓度苯胺废水。试验结果表明,使用好氧段与缺氧段交替运行1 h的曝气模式,以600 mg/L的苯胺作为唯一碳源,反应器可实现苯胺降解并达到60%的总氮去除率。在此基础上,将第1个好氧段延长至2 h,以对原有间歇曝气模式进行优化,优化改良后的反应器几乎实现苯胺完全降解和完全氨氧化,其总氮去除率提升至75.8%。在无外加碳源的前提下处理高浓度苯胺废水时,SBBR法辅以间歇曝气工艺展现出良好的脱氮性能。在改良模式下,最终系统的出水苯胺、COD、氨氮、总氮的质量浓度均值分别为0.00、63.48、0.99、14.24 mg/L,其去除率分别达到99.9%、90.8%、99.2%、70.2%,表明采用间歇曝气模式下的SBBR法处理高浓度苯胺废水,可实现较高的苯胺降解率,并具有较好的同步脱氮潜能和实际应用价值。 In order to break through the bottleneck of nitrogen removal of the wastewater containing aniline by bio⁃logical process,SBBR process adopting intermittent aeration mode was used to treat high concentration aniline wastewater.The experimental results showed that when the aeration mode of alternating aerobic and anoxic phases taking turns working for 1 h and 600 mg/L aniline was used as the only carbon source,aniline degradation could be realized and total nitrogen removal rate of 60%could be achieved in the reactor.On this basis,by extending the first aerobic stage to 2 h to optimize the intermittent aeration mode,the intensifying reactor could achieve almost com⁃plete ammonia oxidation after aniline degradation,and the total nitrogen removal rate was increased to 75.8%.SBBR process adopting intermittent aeration mode showed good denitrification performance in the treatment of high concentration aniline wastewater without external carbon source.Under the improved mode,the mean mass concen⁃trations of aniline,COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the effluent of the system were 0.00,63.48,0.99 and 14.24 mg/L,and the removal rates were 99.9%,90.8%,99.2%and 70.2%,respectively.The results showed that SBBR process in intermittent aeration mode had high potential for aniline degradation and simultaneous denitrifica⁃tion and its practical value.
