摘要 目的:探讨EB病毒感染与传染性单核细胞增多症T细胞水平的相关性。方法:在武汉市东西湖区疾病预防控制中心2020年2月-2022年2月收治的传染性单核细胞增多症患儿中选取60例,按照EB病毒感染程度分为急性期、缓解期,同期选取健康儿童30例作为空白对照组,对比不同病情的患儿T细胞水平,并采用Spearman分析相关性。结果:急性期组、缓解期组的CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05),且急性期组CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)水平高于缓解期组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平低于缓解期组(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析,EB病毒感染程度与CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)水平呈正相关(P<0.05),EB病毒感染程度与CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:传染性单核细胞增多症患儿中EB病毒感染程度与体内T细胞水平具有相关性,提示临床可通过监测T细胞水平对患儿病情进行动态追踪,及时调整治疗方案,促进病情恢复。 Objective:To explore the correlation between EB virus infection and T-cell level of infectious mononucleosis.Method:A total of 60 children with infectious mononucleosis treated in Dongxihu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Wuhan from February 2020 to February 2022 were divided into acute group and remission group according to the degree of EB virus infection.And 30 healthy children were selected as the blank control group in the same period.The T-cell levels of children with different conditions were compared,and the correlation was analyzed by Spearman.Result:The levels of CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)in acute phase group and remission phase group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)in acute phase group were higher than those in remission phase group,while the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were lower than those in remission phase group(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that the degree of EB virus infection was positively correlated with the levels of CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)(P<0.05),and the degree of EB virus infection was negatively correlated with the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the degree of EB virus infection and the level of T-cell in children with infectious mononucleosis,suggesting that the clinical situation of children can be dynamically tracked by monitoring the level of T-cell,so as to adjust the treatment plan in time and promote the recovery of the disease.
