中医理论指导下的护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention under the Guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨中医理论指导下的护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响。方法:选取2021年4-10月南华大学附属第二医院接受治疗的86例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组采取常规护理模式干预,观察组给予中医理论指导下的护理干预。比较两组护理前后生活质量及心理状态。结果:护理后两组临床症状、活动能力、疾病影响及总分均显著下降,且观察组临床症状、活动能力、疾病影响及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施中医理论指导下的护理干预有助于提高其生活质量,改善患者的不良情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University from April to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group taken the routine nursing mode intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.The quality of life and psychological status of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Result:After nursing,the scores of clinical symptoms,activity ability,disease influence and total score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the scores of clinical symptoms,activity ability,disease influence and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self rating depression scale(SDS)and self rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is helpful to improve their quality of life and improve the bad mood of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
