摘要
与非糖尿病患者相比,2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者脑卒中风险明显增加。尽管目前T2DM患者有脑卒中高危因素及合并脑卒中时的降糖理论和治疗有很大进展,但我国该类患者在个体化用药、新药临床使用及T2DM患者卒中的控制率、达标率仍较低,且降糖药物如何选择仍然不清楚。因此研究不同的降糖药物对T2DM患者脑卒中的影响是非常有必要的。本文就不同降糖药物对T2DM患者脑卒中影响的国内外研究进展进行综述,以期为今后临床安全、有效、个体化用药提供参考。
Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)have an increased risk of stroke compared with people without diabetes.Although great progress has been achieved in the theory and treatment of hypoglycemic drugs in T2DM patients with high-risk factors of stroke or combined with stroke,the control rate and compliance rate of these patients in individualized medication,clinical usage of new drugs and stroke in T2DM patients are still low in China.Besides,the patients are unclear about how to choose hypoglycemic drugs.Therefore,it is necessary to research on the effects of different hypoglycemic drugs on stroke patients with T2DM.This paper reviews the research progress about the effects of different hypoglycemic drugs on stroke in T2DM patients at home and abroad to provide reference for clinical safe,effective and individualized medication in the future.
