百合固金汤加减联合酪氨酸激酶抑制剂治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的效果

Effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction Addition and Subtraction Combined with Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor on Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察百合固金汤加减联合酪氨酸激酶抑制剂治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年6月汉川市中医医院收治的68例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组,各34例。常规组给予酪氨酸激酶抑制剂治疗,在常规组基础上,研究组给予百合固金汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月中医症候积分、免疫功能,不良反应及1年生存率。结果:治疗3个月,研究组咳嗽、痰中带血、胸闷气促、神疲乏力评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,研究组细胞毒T细胞(Tc)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)占比均高于常规组,调节性T细胞(Treg)、抑制性T细胞(Ts)占比均低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组,1年生存率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者采用百合固金汤加减联合酪氨酸激酶抑制剂治疗,能有效减轻其临床症状,调节免疫功能,并降低不良反应发生率,提高生存率。

Objective:To observe the effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with tyrosine kinase inhibitor in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of 68 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in Hanchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into routine group and study group,with 34 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitor.On the basis of the routine group,the study group was treated with Baihe Gujin Decoction addition and subtraction.The TCM symptom score,immune function before and 3 months of treatment,adverse reactions and 1-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Result:Three months of treatment,the scores of cough,blood in sputum,chest tightness and shortness of breath and mental fatigue in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Three months of treatment,the proportions of cytotoxic T cells(Tc)and natural killer cells(NK)in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the proportions of regulatory T cells(Treg)and inhibitory T cells(Ts)were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the 1-year survival rate was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with Baihe Gujin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with tyrosine kinase inhibitor can effectively reduce their clinical symptoms,regulate immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the survival rate.
