三七止血汤对人工全膝关节置换术患者的影响

Effect of Sanqi Zhixue Decoction in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的:探讨三七止血汤对人工全膝关节置换术患者的影响。方法:将北京市怀柔区中医医院2018年4月-2021年4月收治的80例人工全膝关节置换术患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,给予对照组常规治疗,在此基础上,给予观察组三七止血汤。比较两组患者治疗前后的肝肾功能、膝关节活动度、膝关节评分、关节肿胀情况、组织愈合指标。结果:两组患者治疗前后肝肾功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者膝关节活动度、膝关节评分、血清转化生长因子、血管内皮生长因子均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),甲状旁腺激素水平均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组关节肿胀率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三七止血汤可有效改善人工全膝关节置换术患者关节肿胀情况,加速组织愈合,促使快速康复,对肝肾功能无影响。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Sanqi Zhixue Decoction in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Method:A total of 80 patients with total knee arthroplasty treated in Huairou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing from April 2018 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment.Based on the control group,the observation group was given Sanqi Zhixue Decoction.The liver and kidney function,knee range of motion,knee score,joint swelling and tissue healing indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:There were no significant differences in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the knee range of motion,knee score,serum transforming growth factor and vascular endothelial growth factor in the two groups increased after treatment,and the levels of parathyroid hormone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of parathyroid hormone in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of joint swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanqi Zhixue Decoction can effectively improve the joint swelling of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty,accelerate tissue healing and promote rapid recovery,and has no influence in liver and kidney function.
