以护理为主导的多学科协作干预对缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的影响

Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Intervention Led by Nursing on Dysphagia after Ischemic Stroke

目的:探究以护理为主导的多学科协作干预对缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的影响。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年4月宁夏医科大学总医院入院后确诊为缺血性脑卒中的160例患者为研究对象。将2020年5-10月入院的患者纳入对照组(80例),2020年11月-2021年4月入院的患者纳入观察组(80例)。对照组给予基础护理,观察组给予以护理为主导的多学科协作干预。比较两组干预前后吞咽功能、心理状态、神经功能及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组标准吞咽功能量表(SSA)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组心理功能、生理职能、生理功能、躯体疼痛评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以护理为主导的多学科协作干预可为患者提供全方位的康复护理服务,最大限度改善患者的吞咽功能,同时患者神经功能、心理状态均得到恢复,提高患者生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative intervention led by nursing on dysphagia after ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 160 patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed after admission in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.Patients admitted from May to October 2020 were included in the control group(80 cases),and patients admitted from November 2020 to April 2021 were included in the observation group(80 cases).The control group was given basic nursing,and the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative intervention led by nursing.The swallowing function,psychological state,neurological function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the scores of standard swallowing function scale(SSA)and national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,psychological function,physiological function,physiological function and physical pain scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary collaborative intervention led by nursing can provide patients with all-round rehabilitation nursing services,improve the swallowing function of patients to the maximum extent,meanwhile,patients’neurological function and psychological state can be restored,improve the quality of life of patients,with clinical promotion value.
