微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的效果及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Micro-implant Anchorage in the Treatment of Adolescent Orthodontics

目的:研究青少年口腔正畸应用微型种植体支抗治疗的效果。方法:选取苏州高新区牙博士口腔诊所有限公司2020年5月-2021年5月收治的青少年口腔正畸患者86例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组43例,研究组采取微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组采取传统正畸治疗,观察并比较两组患者不良反应、正畸效果、牙龈指标、咀嚼功能情况、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果:研究组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差、磨牙移位显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后咀嚼效率、咬合力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对青少年口腔正畸患者采取微型种植体支抗治疗,能够减少不良反应,改善牙龈健康,提升咀嚼功能,正畸效果显著,能够提升患者的生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of adolescent orthodontics.Method:A total of 86 adolescent orthodontic patients admitted to Suzhou High-tech Zone Dental Doctor Clinic Co.,Ltd.from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The study group was treated with micro-implant anchorage treatment and the control group received traditional orthodontic treatment.The adverse reactions,orthodontic effects,gingival indicators,chewing function,and quality of life scale(SF-36)scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the upper central incisor angle difference,upper central incisor protruding distance,and molar displacement in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the gingival index,plaque index,and gingival bleeding index of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the chewing efficiency and bite force of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of micro-implant anchorage treatment for adolescent orthodontic patients can reduce adverse reactions,improve gum health,and enhance chewing function.The orthodontic effect is significant and can improve the quality of life of patients.
