小剂量艾司氯胺酮复合舒芬太尼在剖宫产中的应用及镇痛效果分析

Application and Analgesic Effect of Low-dose Esketamine Combined with Sufentanil in Cesarean Section

目的:观察小剂量艾司氯胺酮复合舒芬太尼在剖宫产中的应用及镇痛效果。方法:选择罗田县人民医院2018年8月-2019年2月收治400例剖宫产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字分类法分组,观察组和对照组各200例,对照组采用舒芬太尼术后镇痛,观察组在此基础上加用艾司氯胺酮治疗术后镇痛,比较两组产妇术后不同时间的疼痛程度、药物镇痛、镇静效果和抑郁情况、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Ramsay镇静评分及药物镇痛效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分均较产前低,且对照组高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量艾司氯胺酮复合舒芬太尼应用在剖宫产术中的镇痛效果良好,能有效缓解术后疼痛,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the application and analgesic effect of low-dose Esketamine combined with Sufentanil in cesarean section.Method:A total of 400 cases of cesarean women admitted to the Luotian County People’s Hospital from August 2018 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects and grouped into the observation group and the control group according to the random number classification method,200 cases in each.The control group used Sufentanil for postoperative analgesia and the observation group added Esketamine to this treatment for postoperative analgesia.The pain level,drug analgesia,sedation effect and depression,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups at different times after surgery were compared.Result:The scores of visual analog scale(VAS)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores and drug analgesic effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Edinburgh post-pregnancy depression scale(EPDS)scores of the two groups was lower than that in prenatal,and the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low-dose Esketamine combined with Sufentanil in cesarean section has good analgesic effect,effective relief of postpartum pain and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of wide promotion.
