摘要
针对丘陵地区小型地块农业作业设备不足的问题,设计了一款环境友好型的变轮距农用电动作业平台。选择轮毂电机和转向电机作为农用电动作业平台的驱动机构,对高度调整机构和轮距调整机构进行了设计,完成了农用电动作业平台的三维设计,并分析了平台的纵向坡道运动分析和横向坡道运动,验证了所设计平台的运动合理性。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient agricultural operation equipment in small plots in hilly areas,an environment-friend‐ly agricultural electric operation platform with variable wheel track is designed.The wheel hub motor and steering motor are selected as the driving mechanism of the agricultural electric operation platform,the height adjustment mechanism and track adjustment mechanism are designed,the three-dimensional design of the whole agricultural electric operation platform is completed,and the lon‐gitudinal ramp motion analysis and transverse ramp motion analysis of the platform are carried out to verify the motion rationality of the designed platform.
