家庭农场种养结合发展模式的现实诉求及实施路径研究

Research on the Realistic Appeal and Implementation Path of the Development Model of Combining Crop and Livestock of Family Farm

种养结合是把种植业和养殖业充分融合的一种资源高效利用的可持续性较强的农村发展模式。由于我国家庭农场开展的时间较短,部分农户认识不到位,投资成本较大,造成家庭农场种植与养殖之间融合度不够,资源利用不充分,农村现代化建设面临资源环境双重压力,制约乡村振兴战略有效实施。由此,政府应当从种养布局规划、融资方式的选择、第三方交易平台建设以及人才引进培养等方面探索家庭农场种养结合的优化路径,全方位推动循环农业绿色发展,促进脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接。

The combination of crop and livestock is a sustainable rural development model with high-efficiency utilization of re‐sources.Due to the short development time of family farms in China,some farmers do not have a good understanding and high in‐vestment cost,resulting in insufficient integration between family agricultural crop and livestock,insufficient utilization of resources,and the dual pressure of resources and environment in rural modernization,which restricts the effective implementation of rural revi‐talization strategy.Therefore,from the aspects of crop and livestock layout planning,financing mode selection,third-party trading platform construction and talent introduction and training,government explored the optimization path of the combination of crop and livestock of family farms,promoted the green development of circular agriculture in an all-round way,and promoted the effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
