农村电子商务人才专创融合培养模式研究--以甘肃农业职业技术学院为例

Research on the Mode of Specialized Creation and Integration of Rural E-commerce Talents--Taking Gansu Vocational College of Agriculture as an Example

高职教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着为经济社会建设和发展培养高素养技能型人才的责任。在乡村振兴和数字乡村发展的大背景下,加快农村电子商务发展是服务“三农”的重要手段。研究以甘肃农业职业技术学院为例,分析高职院校在农村电子商务人才培养上存在的问题,并结合实际提出依靠“1+X”证书制度、“政-校-企”深度融合的农村电子商务人才的一站式培养。

Higher vocational education,as an important part of higher education in our country,undertakes the responsibility of culti‐vating high quality talents for economic and social construction and development.In the context of rural revitalization and digital ru‐ral development,accelerating the development of rural e-commerce is an important means to serve agriculture,rural areas and farm‐ers.Taking Gansu Vocational College of Agriculture as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of ru‐ral e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges and puts forward a one-stop cultivation of rural e-commerce talents by relying on the"1+X"certificate system and the deep integration of government,universities and enterprises.
