管幕暗挖法土体开挖MJS加固效果研究——以上海市轨道交通14号线桂桥路站管幕段工程为例

摘要 文章以上海市轨道交通14号线桂桥路站管幕段工程为背景,研究管幕暗挖法开挖施工过程中土体加固对地表沉降的影响规律。结果表明,土体加固对于开挖造成的沉降具有良好的控制效果;未采取加固措施的施工,可能会影响开挖过程中的稳定性及对周围环境造成较大沉降;在管幕暗挖法工程中,采用MJS工法对开挖土体进行预先加固,可确保土体开挖过程中的稳定性,避免引起较大的地表沉降。 Based on the project of the pipe curtain section of Guiqiao Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 14,this paper studies the influence law of soil reinforcement on surface settlement during the excavation construction by pipe curtain excavation method. The results show that soil reinforcement has good control effect on the settlement caused by excavation. The construction without reinforcement measures may affect the stability during excavation and cause large settlement to the surrounding environment.In the engineering with pipe curtain excavation method, the use of MJS method to reinforce the excavated soil in advance can ensure the stability of the soil in the excavation process and avoid large surface settlement.
