天津某高速公路常规特大桥施工现状及对策分析

摘要 桥梁工程可以跨越障碍、形成立交,在公路工程中具有不可替代的作用,但随着多年来应用和发展,其施工组织、施工工艺及技术已然十分成熟,对于常规形式的桥梁工程更是如此。文章以天津某高速公路常规特大桥施工为研究背景,针对特大桥施工现状,通过深入挖掘,集思广益,运用系统思维对传统工艺和常规做法进行了大胆突破和优化创新,并引入大量“四新技术”,成功应用于该工程桥梁施工中,不但改善了施工现状,解决了施工难点;而且提升了工程品质,提高了生产效率;同时取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。 Bridge engineering can cross obstacles and form interchanges, which plays an irreplaceable role in highway engineering. However, with the application and development over the years, its construction organization, construction process and technology have become very mature, especially for conventional bridge engineering. Based on the research background of the construction of a conventional super large bridge on a expressway in Tianjin, this paper makes a bold breakthrough, optimization and innovation on traditional techniques and conventional practices through in-depth excavation, brainstorming, and systematic thinking, and introduces a large number of "four new technologies". They are successfully applied to the bridge construction of the project,which not only improves the construction status and solves the construction difficulties, but also improves the engineering quality and production efficiency. At the same time,certain economic and social benefits have been achieved.
