Discussion on Key Points of Prefabricated Construction of Prefabricated Bridge Piers

桥梁道路项目对于完善国内交通网络具有积极作用。传统墩柱施工工艺已无法较好地满足现代桥梁道路建设要求,在工期及质量方面均存在缺陷,而装配式的建设方式能够有效弥补传统工艺的不足。基于此,文章通过分析装配式桥梁墩柱预制施工的主要特征,结合某快速化改造项目,根据工程实际施工流程,探讨各环节装配式桥梁墩柱预制施工的关键点,以供参考。

The bridge and road project plays a positive role in improving the domestic transportation network. The traditional pier construction technology can no longer meet the requirements of modern bridge and road construction,and there are defects in the construction period and quality.While the prefabricated construction method can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of the traditional process.Based on this, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of the prefabricated construction of prefabricated bridge piers,and discusses the key points of prefabricated construction of bridge piers in each link according to the actual construction process of a rapid transformation project for reference.
