摘要 文章结合某特大桥建设项目,主要对桥梁工程中的大体积混凝土结构裂缝、温度控制措施展开分析。首先阐述了大体积混凝土施工技术,其中涉及承台轮廓线测放、承台钢筋安装、冷却系统安装等工序,进而提出温度控制措施,包括采用冷却水管、表面蓄水、仪器的埋设与观测等方面,以确保混凝土结构保持稳定,降低结构裂缝出现的可能性,提高混凝土成型质量。 Based on a large bridge construction project, this paper mainly analyzes the cracks and temperature control measures of mass concrete structures in bridge engineering.Firstly, the construction technology of mass concrete is expounded, which involves the measurement and placement of the cap contour line, the installation of reinforcing bars of the cap, the installation of the cooling system, etc. Then,the temperature control measures are proposed, including the use of cooling water pipes, surface water storage, and the burying and observation of instruments, etc., so as to ensure the stability of the concrete structure, reduce the possibility of structural cracks, and improve the quality of concrete molding.
