建筑工程施工管理的发展方向及技术应用

Development Direction and Technical Application of Construction Management of Building Engineering

随着我国建筑工程行业的发展,我国的基础建设施工技术愈发成熟,在国际市场上愈发具有竞争力,但是我国在建筑工程施工管理上仍然存在问题。对此,文章首先分析了建筑工程管理的必要性,总结了当前建筑工程施工管理中存在的问题,探讨了施工管理的发展方向,最后论述了BIM和无人机技术在施工管理中的具体应用,以期为我国建筑工程施工管理提供参考。

With the development of China’s construction engineering industry, China’s infrastructure construction technology is becoming more mature and more competitive in the international market, but there are still problems in China’s construction management of building engineering. In this regard, this paper first analyzes the necessity of construction engineering management, summarizes the problems existing in the current construction engineering management, discusses the development direction of construction management, and finally discusses the specific application of BIM and UAV technology in construction management, in order to provide references for construction engineering management in China.
