基于自编码LCD棋盘格的数码相机标定方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对精密棋盘标定板制作难度大、成本高、传统棋盘格角点自动编码的局限性问题,设计了一种附有编码标志的棋盘格并提出一种角点编码方法.首先,构建一种附有红色定位圆标志的棋盘格,使其显示在平面度达到工业级的LCD液晶显示器上,作为摄像机标定靶标;其次,建立一种基于分离编码标志的棋盘格角点自动编码方法,以实现像点与物点编号的自动对应;最后,建立一种摄像机标定流程,实现非量测摄像机的标定.实验结果表明,以LCD棋盘格作为靶标的标定精度可达到精密棋盘格的标定精度,附有编码标志的棋盘格及其自动编码方法,具有旋转不变性、编码简便的特点,且克服了传统棋盘格标定对于影像获取的局限,提高了标定的效率. Aiming at the difficulty and high cost of making a precision checkerboard calibration board,and the limitations of automatic coding of traditional checkerboard corners,a checkerboard with coding marks was designed and a corner coding method was proposed.Firstly,construct a checkerboard with three red positioning circle marks and display it on an industrial-grade LCD liquid crystal display as a camera calibration target.Secondly,an automatic coding method of checkerboard corners based on separate coding marks is established to realize the automatic correspondence between image points and object points.Finally,a camera calibration process is established to realize the calibration of non-measurement cameras.The experimental results show that the calibration accuracy of the LCD checkerboard as the target can reach the calibration accuracy of the precision checkerboard,the checkerboard with coding marks and its automatic coding method have the characteristics of rotation invariance and simple coding,and overcome the limitation of traditional checkerboard calibration on image acquisition,and improve the calibration efficiency.
