摘要
目的:评价以家庭为中心对贫困家庭的养育行为、亲子关系和儿童行为发展的干预效果。方法:检索中国知网、万方、Webof Science、EBSCO、PsycINFO、Pubmed、Cochrane Library、中国台湾学术文献数据库、中国香港中文期刊论文索引数据库中所有以家庭为中心干预贫困家庭问题的随机对照试验。运用RevMan5.3软件对以家庭为中心对贫困家庭养育行为、亲子关系和儿童行为发展的干预效果进行meta分析。结果:纳入7篇随机对照研究。Meta分析结果显示,在养育行为方面,以家庭为中心相比对照组可以有效减少父母的打骂行为(MD=-2.03,95%CI:-3.58~-0.47,P<0.05);在亲子关系方面,以家庭为中心相比对照组可以提高亲子关系质量(SMD=0.78,95%CI:0.55~1.01,P<0.05);在儿童行为发展方面,以家庭为中心相比对照组可以有效减少儿童的挑战性行为(MD=-4.29,95%CI:-5.40~-3.18,P<0.05)等。结论:研究提示以家庭为中心的干预有助于改善贫困家庭的养育行为、亲子关系和儿童行为问题。
Objective:To assess the effect of family-centered intervention on parenting behavior, parent-child relationship and child behavior development in poor families.Methods:A system review was conducted through searching CNKI,WANGFANG,Web of Science, EBSCO,PsycINFO,Pubmed, Cochrane Library, China Taiwan Academic Literature Database, Hong Kong Chinese Journal Paper Index Database.All randomized controlled trials(RCTs) using family-centered interventions in poor families were screened.The RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis.Results:Seven RCTs were included.Meta-analysis results showed that in terms of parenting behavior, compared with the control group, family-centered interventions could effectively reduce parental beating and scolding behavior(MD=-2.03,95%CI:-3.58~-0.47,P<0.05).In terms of parent-child relationship, family-centered interventions could improve parent-child relationship quality compared with the control group(SMD=0.78,95%CI:0.55~1.01,P<0.05).In terms of children’ s behavioral development, family-centered interventions effectively reduced the children’ s challenging behaviors(MD=-4.29,95%CI:-5.40~-3.18,P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that family-centered interventions is helpful to improve parenting behaviors, parent-child relationship and child behavior in poor families.
