公安高等教育课程思政协同创新的痛点与应对

The Challenges and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Collaborative Innovation of Police Higher Education Curriculum

公安高等教育承担立德树人的根本任务,其公安教育与高等教育的双重性质亟需课程思政协同创新。当前教育实践中有对课程思政的内涵诠释不到位、未建立课程思政协同体系、思政育人元素杂糅且难以有机协同融入课程等痛点。因此公安高等教育应当全面构建课程思政协同意识,以学科专业为系统对课程思政总体思路进行顶层设计,继而要求每门课程围绕其思政主题深挖拓展育人元素,并健全支持与评价体系、提升教师课程思政教学能力。

Police higher education carries out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and the dual nature of police education and higher education calls for the collaborative innovation of curricular ideological and political education.In the course of the curricular ideological and political construction of police higher education,there are some practical pain points,such as the insufficient interpretation of the connotation of curricular ideological and political education,the lack of a collaborative system of curricular ideological and political education,the difficulty of integrating the ideological and political education elements into the curriculum organically,and the lack of motivation and ability of the ideological and political teaching.The police higher education,therefore,should be guided by“three-wide education”concept,build collaborative education consciousness,carry on the top-level design to the ideological and political education of courses,explore and expand educational elements around each course s ideological and political themes,and improve the support and evaluation system to improve teachers ability of ideological and political teaching.Finally,this paper takes a specific course as an example to present the ideological and political design of police higher education courses.
