摘要
为了提高输电线路器件及缺陷检测的自动化水平,提出基于目标去重的缺陷检测巡检报告生成方法。采用图像传感信息处理技术,输电线路部件缺陷的视觉目标跟踪模型,实现输电线路精细化点位的图像采集。进行三维输电线路缺陷视觉帧点检测,确定缺陷并进行跟踪定位。结合多分类视觉特征分析方法对缺陷特征进行提取,根据颜色概率分布的差异性和像素维度深度的异常分布,构建缺陷巡检报告分析模型,得到输电线路缺陷分布信息,生成巡检报告。设计仿真实验,结果表明:采用该方法生成的缺陷检测巡检报告准确性和稳定性较好,自动化检测能力较强。
In order to improve the automation level of transmission line device and defect detection,a defect inspection inspection inspection report generation method based on target de duplication is proposed.By using image sensing information processing technology,the visual target tracking model of transmission line device defects is constructed,and the image acquisition of the fine point of transmission line is realized.The vision frame point detection of three-dimensional transmission line defect is carried out to realize the defect detecting and positioning of tracking.According to the difference of color probability distribution and the abnormal distribution of pixel dimension depth,the defect inspection report analysis model is constructed to obtain the defect segment information of transmission line and generate the inspection report.The simulation experiment is designed,and the results show that the inspection report generated by this method has good accuracy and stability,and the ability of automatic detection is strong.
