“Change”and“Invariance”:The Centennial Exploration of the CPC in Promote Common Prosperity

凡治国之道,必先富民,共同富裕是中国共产党的不懈追求。百年来,在不同的历史坐标和时空方位中,中国共产党对共同富裕的推进经历了四个阶段:救亡图存中的初步探寻、兴国安邦中的艰辛探索、富国强民中的深入推进和强国伟业中的创新发展。随着时代嬗变、晷刻渐移,中国共产党在认识、路径和价值的三重“应变之维”中,凝结成了坚持马克思主义的指导、中国共产党的领导、以人民为中心的价值立场和改革发展的内生力量这四个“不变之轴”,实现了“变”与“不变”的辩证统一,为新的伟大征程扎实推进全体人民共同富裕提供重要的现实指向。

The way to govern a country is to enrich the people first.Common prosperity is the unremitting pursuit of the Chinese Communist Party(CPC).Over the past hundred years,in different historical coordinates and temporal and spatial orientations,the CPC’s promotion of common prosperity has gone through the initial exploration of national salvation,the arduous exploration in rejuvenating the country,the in-depth advancement in enriching the country and the people,and the innovation and development in the great cause of strengthening the country.With the evolution of the times and the gradual shifting of the sundial,the CPC has condensed into the guidance of adherence to Marxism,the leadership of the CPC,the people-centered value stance and reform in the three“dimensions of adaptability”of cognition,path and value.The four“unchangeable axes”of the endogenous forces of development have realized the dialectical unity of“change”and“invariance”,and provide important realistic directions for solidly promoting the common prosperity of all people on the new great journey.
