摘要 “双减”是国家为切实减轻义务教育阶段学生课业负担过重问题的重大举措,全面理解“双减”政策,需要以历史逻辑梳理我国义务教育阶段减负政策的发展脉络,把握减负政策与时俱进的发展规律,明确“双减”政策是过去义务教育减负政策的继续与延展;以现实逻辑挖掘“双减”政策的时代背景,明确“双减”政策是清醒地认识当下义务教育发展现实的产物;以实践逻辑探索“双减”政策的实现途径,明确要构建确保学生健康成长的教育生态,需要引导形成全面发展人才观念、建设高质量内生发展育人体系、创新多主体协同育人人才培养模式。 “Double Reduction”policy is a major measure taken by the state to effectively reduce the problem of students’heavy schoolwork burden in the compulsory education stage.To fully understand the“Double Reduction”policy,we need to have a multi-dimensional perspective of observation,sort out the development context of China’s“Burden Reduction”policy in the compulsory education stage with historical logic,grasp the development law of the“Burden Reduction”policy keeping pace with the times,and make it clear that the“Double Reduction”policy is the continuation and extension of the past compulsory education burden reduction policy.Excavating the era background of the“Double Reduction”policy with realistic logic,it’s clear that the“Double Reduction”policy is the product of a clear understanding of the current reality of the development of compulsory education.Exploring the way to realize the“Double Reduction”policy with practical logic,it is clear that in order to create an educational ecology to ensure the healthy growth of students,it is necessary to guide the formation of the concept of all-round development of talents,build a high-quality endogenous development education system,and innovate the multi-agent collaborative education talent training mode.
